Beverly Billingsley, DVM opened her practice in 1999 after graduating from the University of Tennessee’s School of Veterinary Medicine. Dedicated to the caring of animals, compassion is always the number one priority when she’s in the process of diagnosing an animal’s difficulty.
Dr. Billingsley has been an area resident since 1989. Before attending school to become a Veterinarian, Dr. Billingsley raised 4 children and spent 18 years working for General Motors in their Van Nuys assembly plant making Firebirds and Camaros. After the plant closed, she knew it was time to pursue her dream of becoming a Veterinarian.
Originally from a small town in Central Oregon, Dr. Ashlyn Brewster grew up showing horses in three-day eventing. She attended Oregon State University majoring in Animal Science and went on to pursue dual DVM and MPH degrees at St. George’s University.
Her clinical year was completed at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine where she did a number of unique rotations including ones with USDA, FDA, and the Virginia Department of Agriculture. Her passions in veterinary medicine include equine and livestock herd health, equine dentistry, preventative medicine, client education, and surgery.
When she’s not seeing patients in the clinic, you can find Dr. Ashlyn crafting, cooking, hiking, and seeking out all the local coffee shops.
